ITA Customer Support
For customer support, call 1-800-508-8454 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer support hours are 9:30am ‑ 8:30pm EST / 6:30am – 5:30pm PST. To validate your identity you will be asked to answer 3 of the following questions regarding your school:
- ITA member ID number
- ITA School Name
- School Address
- School Phone Number
- Program Administrator’s Name (this will be your school principal)
- Program Administrator’s Email Address
Student E-Learning Support
If students are having trouble viewing or loading E-Learning courses, they can click the Contact Us button on the bottom of the screen to contact the tech support team via Live Chat, phone or email. https://itacademy.microsoftelearning.com/help/contactUs.aspx
If you need information specific to your state or the Georgia Department of Education specific questions such as software licenses, state curriculum, professional development courses, etc., contact Misty Freeman at email@example.com.

IT Academy Member ID Requests
You can obtain your IT Academy member ID from your principal. If he/she does not have this number, email firstname.lastname@example.org and copy email@example.com. Please type your school name plus “Member ID Request” in subject line.
